In a dedicated and private consultation room, Dr. Zidile will review his findings with the help of audiovisual aids, and make specific treatment recommendations tailored to you. If required, Dr. Zidile will contact your general dentist to coordinate the treatment plan.

Fees
The fees in our office are based on the care, skill, time and judgment necessary to help treat your condition. The fee for your particular treatment will be discussed fully with you prior to treatment. The patient’s portion is due at the time of services rendered. For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards. Also, don’t forget to ask about our interest free financing options, available through CareCredit.
Insurance
Our practice is insurance friendly and our staff will submit all necessary insurance forms electronically on your behalf. This service is completed free of charge. You will receive benefits directly from the insurance company. When necessary and within reason, we also will submit, upon request, narratives and documentation to your insurance company concerning therapy provided. This service will be provided at no additional fee.
Appointment Confirmation
You will receive a text or e-mail to confirm your appointment time. We understand that, on occasion, cancellations are necessary, particularly due to illness. Please remember that each appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, and without adequate time to fill the missed appointment, no patient care is possible. We request that at least 24 hours notice must be given if a cancellation is absolutely necessary. Please try to schedule a time most convenient for you.
